The National Angel Capital Organization Investor Readiness Program for Early-Stage companies is designed to assist entrepreneurs to transform good ideas into great businesses.

What's Included

Session One: Angel Investing Basics
This introductory session covers the basics of what angel investors do, who they are and where to find them. Find out what types of companies and founders angel investors are looking for and understand the support they provide.

Session Two: Securing Investment
This session offers a deeper dive into the mechanics of angel investing including an overview of deal structures, valuation and due diligence. Understand investor expectations and how to position your pitch to ensure that you can access the capital you need to grow.

Session Three: After the Cheque
A relationship between a founder and their angel investors goes beyond that initial investment cheque. This session explores post-investment expectations and takes a look at corporate governance and investor relations to set your company up for future success.

Register for office hours to ask questions about the course material and connect with NACO's Angels in Residence, program partners and entrepreneurs.

1-on-1 Coaching Sessions
Following course completion, a limited number of spaces will be made available for 1-on-1 coaching with accredited Angel Investors and industry experts. These sessions provide high value, high impact training that will help your business escalate to the next level. Each session will last 1 to 2 hours.
